LA BORCAN
La Borcan, romanian local producer of certified organic vegetables, was founded in 2013 and since 2018 has been certified organic. The products from the BioshopRomania shelf are made by Lucian Dragomir (keeper of recipes and local preparation techniques) in Sanpetru commune, Brasov county. And not only that, some of the goodies are made according to recipes recommended by Cosmin Dragomir (they are not relatives, just a beautiful coincidence of names) in his book #CuratorulDeZacusca. So it is a double good sign to taste them, they are made from organic vegetables (mostly Romanian varieties) and prepared by traditional methods according to old recipes mentioned in the most awaited and sold gastronomy book of 2021.
