Zucchini spread La Borcan, vegetable spread with zucchini, 310g - is a zacusca, zucchini spread, that reminds you of the true taste of childhood, made from organic vegetables grown in our own certified organic garden. It is prepared according to traditional methods in Sanpetru, Brasov County.
The zucchini were discreetly substituted for the eggplants in the classic Zacusca recipe, thus being baked with sweet peppers only for the vines from the grooming of the fruit trees that come to complete the wonderful taste of the zucchini.
Zucchini spread is a local natural artisanal product, 100% Romanian made from organic vegetables according to the recipe from the book Curatorul de Zacusca and recommended by the author (the most awaited and sold gastronomy book of 2021). It is a healthy zacusca with the taste of real vegetables and zucchini.
