Eggplant spread La Borcan, vegetable spread with eggplant, 310g - is a zacusca, eggplant spread, that reminds you of the true taste of childhood, made from organic vegetables grown in our own certified organic garden. It is prepared according to traditional methods in Sanpetru, Brasov County.
All the vegetables in this zacusca are cooked only on wood from the grooming of fruit trees that come to complete the wonderful taste of bio vegetables.
Eggplant spread is a local natural artisanal product, 100% Romanian made from organic vegetables according to the recipe from the book Curatorul de Zacusca and recommended by the author (the most awaited and sold gastronomy book of 2021). It is a healthy zacusca with the taste of real local vegetables.
