Our story begins with the birth of our first child. I still remember it was a hot summer day and, like any caring mother, I was thinking about what to feed the little one. Since our family has been making pasta for a long time, I thought I'd improve on Grandma's recipe by adding spinach and beets to the dough. And so our project of our soul, Rastaute Maramuresene, came to life. We continue to use as many vegetables and fruits from our country household as we can, but what we lack we get from local producers in the area. In our desire to eat as healthy, tasty and colourful as possible, we carefully choose each ingredient we use.
