We are the Birsan family and we produce in small quantities, according to local recipes instead in Martinie from Alba the county, Trout in tomato sauce and Trout in oil, two products with the true taste of fast-moving trout. Our recipes have been kept with holiness from our grandparents and so we have been able to traditionally certify the two goodies of trout.
