Plum brandy 7 year old in oak barrel SLANIC MUSCEL 32 degrees, 500ml - is a natural product of the highest quality, with a content of 100% fruit (prune), without sugar.

To become plum brandy (tuica) of the 7 year old, the drink must be left to age in oak barrels. The level of natural moisture is one of the main factors influencing the process of evaporation and "aging" of the tuic. Oak barrels have a certain degree of porosity to alcohol, and tuica must be aged for many years in oak barrels to develop its qualities.

Brandy (Tuica) can only be "aged" in wooden barrels, because in glass the process ceases, the glass being hermetic. As it gets older, the tuica concentrates the flavors and colors and with the passage of time becomes darker and darker. In the first period, the aroma of the tunic-buchet, "softens" and becomes less aggressive and the aroma of oak wood begins to take effect in plum brandy, leaving traces of floral and vanilla flavors.

The recipe is inherited from the elders, traditional to the area of Slanic Muscel – Arges. With a centuries-old tradition, the artisanal producers of tuica and spirits from Slanic Muscel are renowned for the quality and strength of The Tuic and the spirit of Slanic Muscel. Sold since 1883 in Romania, brandy (Tuica) and the Slanic Muscel spirit have kept their aura of coveted products of all boyar houses.

The plum brandy (traditional tuica) aged 7 years 32% alcohol, is a romanian-specific alcoholic drink made exclusively from fruit (plums – carefully chosen from its own orchards), kept only in oak barrels. The 7-year-old plum brandy (traditional tuica) does not contain sugar or other sweeteners, flavourings or dyes, the taste and aroma coming from the fruits used exclusively as raw material, and the color from the oak wood from which the barrel was made.

The village of Slanic Muscel at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains is a real corner of heaven with hardworking and good people. With passion and craftsmanship, continuing the tradition of the fathers and ancestors by using recipes whose secrets are kept, generation after generation, for hundreds of years, the reputation of Brandy and the Spirits of Slanic Muscel has crossed the ages. Using fruit from our own orchards, we produce plum brandy (traditional romanian tuica certified), and apple and pear spirit. Our production is in small batches of high quality, 100% natural. Like our ancestors, in the manufacturing process we use wood-fired stills. Each batch is checked before bottling and certified by the signature of a member of our family giving the guarantee of an original product Brandy (Tuica) and Spirits (Rachiu) made in Slanic Muscel.
