Juniper tea DACIA PLANT 50g is a natural tea recommended for normal urinary systems, digestive tract.

This natural product helps reduce the discomfort that occurs in the joints, ligaments and muscles, maintain healthy bronchial tree.

Juniper tea can be taken internally in the form of powder, finely ground plant with an electric grinder. Take one teaspoon 4 times daily on an empty stomach. Put it under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.

Cold soak is prepared from 2 teaspoons of crushed juniper tea added to 250ml of water. Keep it for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach, 2-3 cups per day, with 30 minutes before meals.

The infusion is prepared from 2 teaspoons of crushed berries added to 250ml of boiling water, keep it for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach, 2-3 cups per day, 30 minutes before meals.

It is used externally to reduce discomfort that occurs in the joints, ligaments and muscles. is given as poultices: 2-3 tablespoons of powder is mixed with hot water to obtain a paste that can be applied externally. Apply above an occlusive dressing, which can keep the poultice on the affected area at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours (depending on skin sensitivity).

In long-term administration, juniper tea may cause irritation to the urinary and hematuria.

In case of acute nephritis, chronic nephrosis it is given only on medical advice.

When taken for longer periods of time (over 3 weeks) is recommended to combine juniper with plants which have protective effect on renal epithelium such as mallow, yarrow, chamomile.

For children give in short periods of 7-10 days. Doses are adapted to the age and weight (usually using 1/4 up to 1/2 of the adult dose).
