Expectorant tea contains anise, mallow, pine, peppermint, lavender, liquorice, lichen stone and Velcro game.
The tea helps to relieve congestion in airways and to reduce spasms that occur in the respiratory tract.

ADMINISTRATION
For adults and youth over 14 years old may be given cold soak, infusion or powder.
To obtain the powder you have to finely ground the plants with an electric grinder. Take one teaspoon 3 times a day on an empty stomach. The powder is put under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallow with water.
Cold soak is prepared with a teaspoon of powder added to 250ml of cold water. Keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach, three cups a day 30 minutes before meals.
The infusion is prepared from a spoon with herbs added to 250ml of boiling water, kept at room temperature for 15 minutes then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Drink 3 expectorant tea cups a day, 30 minutes before meals.
For children between 7 and 13 years prepare infusion of herbs with 1/2 tablespoon added to 250ml of boiling water, kept at room temperature for 15 minutes, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. It is administered 1-2 cups with tea 3 times a day 30 minutes before meal.
