The evolution in glass is spectacular, good to keep and open in a few years or consumed right now, next to a platter of matured cheeses and charcuterie.
The nose is complex, dominated by sour cherries, black currant and blueberries, with a pleasant and spicy element, pepper with lemon zest and a ginger idea.
Fruity but well balanced that needs to be aerated before serving it with a cheese platter, a plate of pasta bolognese or a beef entrail.
