It is a small family business made in Bogati common, Arges county. All our products are accompanied by analysis conducted in Romania and at the ICA in Germany. We produce Tuica 32% vol. Alc., Rachiu 40% vol. Alc. and Palinca 50% vol. alc., all from plum mash obtained through distillation. Plums are obtained from our orchard spread over an area of 3 ha. Distillates are obtained from plum production recorded in 2018, and are therefore outdated about a year of acacia wood. We do not use sugar or synthetic add. Everything is 100% natural. The distillation is carried out in a boiler manufactured still type electrolytic copper 99.9% purity. Distillation of fruit is a family occupation passed down from generation to generation through the use of equipment type alembic and traditional preparing methods.
