To become an aged apple SPIRIT 7 years old, the drink must be left to age in oak barrels. The level of natural humidity is one of the main factors influencing the process of evaporation and "aging" of the spirit. Oak barrels have a certain degree of porosity to alcohol, and the spirit must be aged for many years in oak barrels to develop its qualities.

The spirit can only be "aged" in wooden barrels, because in the glass the process ceases, the glass being hermetic. As it ages, the spirit concentrates the flavors and colors and with the passage of time becomes darker and darker. In the first period, the aroma of the spirit- the bouquet, "softens" and becomes less aggressive and the aroma of oak wood begins to take effect in the apple spirit, leaving traces of floral and vanilla flavors.
The recipe is inherited from the elders, traditional to the area of Slanic Muscel – Arges.

The aged apple spirit 7 years contains no sugar or other sweeteners, flavourings or dyes, the taste and aroma coming from the fruits used exclusively as raw material, and the color from the oak wood from which the barrel was made.
