- Food supplement senna (cassia sp.) Helps maintain digestive comfort;
- Supports the function of the intestinal tract, cranberry (rhamnus frangula) contributes to the activity of the intestines and to the regular movement of the large intestine.
- Chamomile (Matricaria chamimilla) helps support the gastrointestinal tract in case of minor spasms, abdominal distension, flatulence and regurgitation.
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) helps in case of indigestion and flatulence.

Method of preparation:
- For infusion - pour 250ml boiling water over 1-2 tea bags.
- Leave the dish covered for 15-20 minutes, then strain it.
