Lime honey is a raw and artisanal product from a hive in the Jijia Plain: Dobarceni commune, Botoşani county. Thus, the honey used is raw and not heat-processed to preserve as well as possible all the beneficial properties on our health.

Optimal storage temperature: 18-25 C. The legal shelf life of honey is 2 years, although it never expires. It is not recommended to be given to babies, but only to children over 1 year old.
