Hey, Chef Sosin exists. It's me. The one in the profile photo. I wear glasses, I run, I love Dobrogea and I'm in love with what I do. It all started with a barbecue in the yard, among friends, and several months spent among the spices of Indonesia or Morocco. Today, my sauces contain over twenty types of spices and spices.
