Book - illustrated with color photographs of each preparations - has 160 pages format 20 x 20 cm and is the result of an endeavor to document collectively which lasted eight months and meant tens of thousands of kilometers of travel driven by the authors ( Adriana Popescu Alina Miron, John Caesar - texts; Andreea Bogdan - photos).
